Colombo Law Society is governed by a committee elected annually. The CLS working committee consists of eight office bearers and six other members from the elected committee. The Committee for the year 2021 - 2022 was elected and appointed on February 10, 2021 Present Committee represents a wide spectrum of practice in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Colombo Law Society (CLS) has been at the forefront of safeguarding the interests of its members and contributing to the strengthening and independence of the legal fraternity in Sri Lanka. CLS has faced the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic bravely with innovative solutions. Particularly, we have been able to reach and serve our membership with advanced technological solutions during the last two years with many new facilities introduced. . I invite members of the legal fraternity to make use of our facilities to help build the required competencies of a lawyer.

You may apply for Life Membership or the Ordinary Membership which is only valid for a period of one year.
